sculpting

With the wire made i sculpted an arm and hand over the wire in super sculpie. And attached it to my puppet to make sure the size was ok. I am really happy with this sculpt i think it is really cute and looks exactly how i imagined, i just hope it doesn't get ruined when casting.

Now to make the mold, this time after building the walls from foam board i decided to use resin rather then plaster. This choice was made as it would be a much faster process. To do this i suspended the arm within the mold, mixed an ever amount of part A and B of the resin and poured it in half way. I then repeated this to make the second half of my mold.
